Eyre Cocktail Bar Launch Night at The Skeff

Just over a week ago I was one of the lucky few that was able to get some much sought after VIP Passes for the launch of Eyre Cocktail Bar at The Skeff. 200 people were lucky enough to attend the fun filled night. Eyre Cocktail Bar is Galway's newest cocktail bar perfectly located on Eyre Square.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff, shown upstairs to the new bar and given a complimentary cocktail. I opted for a Cosmopolitan as its my favourite cocktail and it did not disappoint. I have to hand it to Eyre Cocktail Bar they have the largest menu I've seen by far with a wide selection of cocktails. Perfect for a girly night out on the town! Food was also served throughout the night from samosas to cupcakes & even "SoSueMe" designed biscuits. 

The host for the night was Jack Dineen professional rugby player, he spent the night chatting away to everyone. But the main attraction of the night was the very special guest that everyone couldn't wait to see was the beautiful Suzanne Jackson or better known as "SoSueMe". 

Suzanne did a quick Q&A, a brief meet & greet with everyone, and also created her own signature cocktail for Eyre Cocktails which is cleverly named "So Sip Me" & it's was absolutely delicious, one of the tastiest cocktails I've ever had. "So Sip Me" includes Vodka, Cremè de Menthe, Kiwi Liquer and Sweet Mix, Blended together with crushed ice. All them ingredients combined created a mouth-watering & fresh tasting cocktail. 

It really was the perfect Friday night out with friends. After the launch we headed downstairs in The Skeff to listen to the dj & have so much cocktails of course.

Then we headed of for some sneaky Supermac's after :)
